My wife and I were married In January of 1973. We started out together in a bachelor pad and realized we needed to do something more than pay rent. We had 2 vehicles, a 1972 Datsun Pickup given to us by her father for a wedding gift, and a 1969 Volkswagon Beetle. Later in 73 we sold the VW and put the $600.00 we received for it down on a house. We have owned our own home ever since. It truly is an American dream to own your own home. My wife and I have always benefitted by home ownership.

It has always been my desire to dabble in real estate so after trying to retire for 4 years, I was tired of retirement and decided to start another business in real estate. After doing some research I realized people have a hard time affording homes today and others were losing their homes they worked so hard for. I now find myself in a position to help people being foreclosed on keep most of what they have worked for as well as preventing a foreclosure note on their credit sheet. I also help others into home ownership that normally could not afford a home or qualify under the regular process while repairing bad credit or creating a good credit rating.
