Our mission statement is very simple. We desire to please all the people all the time. It is our desire to help people with real estate problems in particular areas. People throughout the US have lost their homes to others through foreclosure by deceptive means. We desire to help educate people as to their options concerning foreclosures and help them gain control of what can seem like a helpless situation. At no time do we solicit to buy the home of those facing a possible foreclosure.

Areas where we can assist:

Provide an avenue to home ownership for those who normally cannot qualify nor afford a home through the conventional process. It is very possible for this person to own their own home in as little as 2 years and have equity in the home the day they purchase the home.

Provide a way for those who own a home in the area, but have to leave suddenly for a job relocation etc, to leave as needed. Our desire is to have them know their home is in good hands, and they will be treated fairly with whatever process they choose to manage their home.

Purchasing a persons home through a long term escrow. This period could be for as long as 5 years. This gives time and resources to the person needing to move without waiting for a sale. During this period we manage the property for the homeowner in a way that is satifactory to both parties. The property is kept in the same condition or better than when we began managing it. This can be a win win situation for both parties.
